Sian specializes in the design and delivery of Real Time Learning’s workshops. Her goals are to create learning solutions that are exciting and innovative with a transformational effect on people’s lives, assisting them to reach their true potential.
She has a background in Graphic Design, workshop design and facilitation. Her strengths are her ability to connect with people and to use her creativity to add ‘spice’ to her workshop design.
Her strengths are her passion for the work that she does and her ability to work well as part of a team. She is ambitious and is determined to built a thriving business.
Sian Sewardcompleted her secondary education in Harare. She completed her O-levels in 1995 and her A-levels in 1997.
Sian Seward has a diploma in Graphic Design which she completed in 2000. She is also a certified level one coach and has completed a facilitation course.
Sian began her career as a Graphic Designer at Werksman and Reyneke, from June 2001 to Feb 2003. Her duties were to take a design brief from a client and translate it into a visual solution. She worked on the design of posters, business cards, brochures and logos for clients such as Ster-Kinekor and Chas Everitt.
In March 2003, she joined Real Time Learning business as a graphic designer. Real Time Learning is a training and development consultancy and Sian was initially involved in designing the graphics for a visual learning system call the Explore-it Map. Her duties in this role were to translate the learning outcomes of a workshop into graphics. She was also responsible for compiling learner workbooks and presentations.
In 2004 she became involved in the design and delivery of Real Time Learning’s training programs and was mentored into this position. She has been involved in many projects that involved high profile clients such as Tsogo Sun, Hertz and Sasol. These experiences allowed her to work closely with a management team and developed her design and facilitation skills to a high level.
